CLASS FORMAT: This is an experiential course where we will be working through exercises together and sharing our insights. Similarly to Leadership Communications, getting the most from this course will require willingness to do the work and openness with class mates.
REQUIRED READINGS: A take-home assignment will be provided after each meeting, with some assignments including short provided readings. No course textbook.
BASIS FOR FINAL GRADE: Attendance and completion of post-class assignments.
ABSTRACT OF COURSE'S CONTENT AND OBJECTIVES: One of biggest challenges we face is deciding what we want to do and keeping ourselves on track towards our goals. This course will explore the process of setting goals, personal management to stay on purpose, and spend time uncovering what we really want to achieve in our lives.
