COURSE OVERVIEW: The purpose of this course is to help students successfully obtain a summer internship in investment banking. The course provides students with a framework and practical tools to impress investment bankers during networking events, coffee chats, and ultimately the interview process. The class will be a mix of speaker sessions with current investment bankers, teach-ins from Haas staff and current students, and one-on-one interview preparation (both technical and behavioral). This course also provides a good opportunity to network with current professionals and Haas alumni. At the end of the course, students will be significantly better prepared for fall recruiting season and interviews in January.
