ABSTRACT OF COURSE CONTENT AND OBJECTIVES:
Today’s leaders need to build effective and authentic personal relationships and manage diverse teams. Changing jobs and working with new, diverse sets of people is today’s reality; social and soft skills are a necessity to do so. This course offers direct, experiential practice in working with others and learning about how you show up in your relationships with everyone in your life, professionally and personally.
Leadership is not learned through books and lecture, but through rolling in the mud, getting your hands dirty. Though this course will contain some readings and experiential homework, it will primarily be rooted in direct conversation and action.
This course is for students who aspire to be self-aware, confident leaders.
