participation
ABSTRACT OF COURSE'S CONTENT AND OBJECTIVES:
This class provides students with an overview and introduction to the subject
of global business ethics. Through the
discussion of cases that explore a wide range of ethical issues that confront
managers, ranging from bribery to environmental responsibility and human
rights, students will be provided with an analytical framework that will enable
them to think more clearly about their ethical responsibilities as managers and
the social responsibility of business.
BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH: Nancy Euske is a faculty member in Organizational
Behavior and Business and Public Policy. Her teaching and research
interests are in organizational culture, leadership, and change. She
consults with business, non-profit, and governmental organizations. She
received her Ph.D in Business from U.C. Berkeley.
