ABSTRACT OF COURSE'S CONTENT AND OBJECTIVES:
What’s IBD?

We are pleased to offer International Business Development (IBD) designed specifically for the EWMBA population, in which students take classes and engage in international consulting projects during the Summer 2017 semester.  IBD is administered as a management consulting program, run as an academic course, for which you will receive 3 semester units.  Under the supervision of select faculty and working in teams, you will determine how to best serve your client’s business consulting needs.

An Experiential Learning Opportunity:    IBD enables you to take the business principles you learn in the classroom and apply them in an experiential way to solve real-world problems for existing international clients.

First year students are not eligible for IBD due to the Applied Innovations prerequisite.

IMPORTANT:  Due to the nature of IBD, students that go through the signup process agree that they will commit to participate fully in the program.  DO NOT SIGN-UP IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE ALL OF THE IN-CLASS DATES AT HAAS/IN-COUNTRY WORK DATES.
