BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCHES: 
Paul Jansen is Adjunct Professor at Haas and Director Emeritus from McKinsey & Company where he co-founded and led the Global Nonprofit Practice serving leading nonprofits and foundations on issues of strategy and organization. He is the author of many articles and reports challenging sector beliefs about performance, including a co-authored report entitled, The Dynamic Board: Lessons from High-Performing Nonprofits. Nora Silver is Adjunct Professor and Director of the Center for Nonprofit and Public Leadership at Haas. She brings over 30 years of leadership experience as a two-time nonprofit founder, executive director and board member. She has consulted internationally with more than 200 organizations, authored books and articles on leadership and community involvement and lectured at universities and conferences around the world.

Nora Silver is Adjunct Professor and Director of the Center for Social Sector Leadership  at Haas. She brings over 30 years of leadership experience as a two-time social sector founder, executive director, board member, and funder of social sector organizations. She has consulted internationally with more than 200 organizations, authored books and articles on leadership and community involvement and lectured at universities and conferences around the world.
