ABSTRACT OF COURSE'S CONTENT AND OBJECTIVES:
This course discusses the major topics in corporate finance, including
capital budgeting, capital structure, dividend policy, hedging, and
mergers and acquisitions. The course's objective is to provide a
theoretical framework for considering corporate finance problems and
issues, with an understanding of the issues involved in applying the ideas
in practice"
